Her birthplace was Roswell on the 29th of March 1985. Her name was Gerina Mendoza. Gerina Stevenson, who is the Mexican mother from Rita Stevenson Stevenson and Alan Stevenson Stevenson was birthed in Mexico. She has Mexican roots, yet is American by nationality. From the time she was a kid, she's had a keen desire to participate in sports. Gerina began playing golf after she turned 15 years old. Gerina attended Goddard High School for her secondary education. In high school she won the state championship golf tournament in New Mexico. Along with the sport of volleyball, she played on the state level. At the age of 2003, she enrolled at the University of Texas. While in her senior years, she won each tournament that was entered. During undergraduate studies she was awarded the title that included Conference USA Female Athlete and Conference USA Individual Player of the year.
